What are Dental Implants (Tooth Implants)?

An old lower denture can often be retrofitted over the new mini implants and the patient can start using the denture right away with NO down time.
Advantages of Mini Implants:
Mini Implants work well when there is not alot of bone. They are excellent for denture stabilization. The Mini Implant often can be placed with less "surgery." They can often be immediately "loaded" with no down time in the use of your dentures. They are less expensive than regular implants. Four mini implants may be enough to support and make you lower dentures tight again.
